This accommodation was in the central location reasonably close to the airport by taxi ride. I was offered a nice breakfast with pastries and sweet treats and boiled eggs. The staff was amazing and absolutely exceptional from arrival to departure...

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for activities on the island. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a beautiful swimming pool and spa. We enjoyed delicious meals at the on-site restaurant and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The highlight of our stay at Aressana Spa Hotel And Suites was the incredible surprise birthday cake they prepared for my wife. It was one of the best cakes I've ever tasted. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The room was modern and clean, and the jacuzzi on the balcony was a great touch. Despite not having a view from the balcony, the hotel is just a short distance from the best sunset view in Fira. The breakfast was delicious with a different menu each day. I highly recommend this Small Luxury Hotel Of The World.

The Aressana Spa Hotel & Suites has a wide range of amenities and activities to enjoy during your stay. The hotel offers top-notch service, a fantastic restaurant, and a luxurious spa. The staff is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast options are plentiful and the beds are comfortable with a variety of pillow choices. the hotel provides excellent value for money and offers a hidden gem experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful tips and information about activities in this city. Upon arrival, we were drenched from the rain during our trip to the volcano island, but the hotel staff kindly washed and dried our clothes so we could enjoy dinner later in the evening. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the bus and taxi station, making it very convenient for exploring this city and getting around the island. Additionally, we were pleased to find that the hotel offered a variety of facilities, including restaurants, a balcony, a spa, swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food, and the long hours until 11am allowed for a leisurely start to the day.

Nothing could have been better.

The lobby has stunning ambiance, complemented by courteous staff. Facilities are superb, including the pool, restaurant, breakfast room, gym. The junior suite was luxurious and comfortable, with a fantastic location near the caldera views, bus station, and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The free bottle of water and snacks were a nice touch, and the location was ideal for exploring the city, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The view from our room was also a highlight, offering a beautiful skyline to wake up to each morning.

Our room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around or unpack our belongings. Additionally, the noise level from the street and nearby clubs made it difficult to sleep at night, even with earplugs.
